Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 , In test instance,
When trying to Released a discrete Job with OSP configuration it fails when saving the Job.
Showing the next error.
ERROR

FRM-40735: POST-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-20002.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Work in Process
2. Discrete - Discrete
3. Save.
4. See the aforementioned error message
