Symptoms

The 'Treasury Confirmation and Reconciliation' form for a Payment Instruction shows a status of:

In Progress - Check Concurrent Manager



Upon checking the concurrent requests screen, the 'Disbursements in Transit Transactions' (FVXTRJIP) process is shown as completing in error.  The log file only shows this message:

The Treasury Confirmation rows are not available
