R12: AP/CE/HZ: Bank Branch Cannot Display in the Environment Upgraded from 11i to R12 (Doc ID 2860423.1)

Symptoms

Certain bank branches cannot be displayed after upgrading from 11i to R12.

Payables responsibility(N) > Setup > Payment > Banks and Bank Branches > Overview

 Overview
  Overview Of Bank Accounts
   Country and bank are displayed correctly on the screen.
   The bank branch name is also displayed, but the details of the bank branch is opened from the details button, the value is not displayed.
   The name of the bank branch is "NULL".

Payables responsibility(N) > Setup > Payment > Banks and Bank Branches > Bank Branches , Searching for a branch gives the same result.
