Work Order (EAMWOMDF) Form Disables New Record Button When Fetching Closed Work Orders (Doc ID 2860802.1)

In Work Order definition form, when searching and finding closed work orders, the New (+) icon from the toolbar used for creating work orders is not enabled. 

Expect that New (+) icon to be enabled.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management
2. Navigation: Work Orders --> Work Orders (form)
4. Query work orders that are in multiple statuses but at least one to be Closed.
5. The form is no longer allowed to create new records from + icon.
