After upgrading to 12.2.10 from 12.1.3 the Case History tab no longer shows Attachment and Related Service Request(Linked) Activity.

(N) Home > Agent Dashboard
Query SR
Click on History tab

Attachments and Related Service Request(Linked) Activity are not displayed.
