R12: CLE: Portugal Localizations: SAF-T XML Report Is Failing on Validation With the Following Error: “The Value ‘-99′ of Element ‘TaxonomyCode’ Is Not Valid” (Doc ID 2861034.1)

Symptoms

While uploading the SAF-T file to Tax Portal, the file is failing validation with the following error.

ERROR
-----------------------
cvc-minInclusive-valid: Value '-99' is not facet-valid with respect to minInclusive '1' for type 'SAFTaxonomyCode'.
cvc-type.3.1.3: The value '-99' of element 'TaxonomyCode' is not valid.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Portugal localizations responsibility
2. Go to View > Requests > Submit a new request
3. Run CLE: SAFT Report
4. Upload the XML output to Tax portal.
