Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, Shipping Transactions form
We have recently upgraded to the newer version of Oracle E-Business Suite from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9.
When we are going to auto deliveries on shipping transaction form we are facing following error.

Value Staging for the flexfield segment Warehouse does not exist in the value set NG_INV_LOCATOR_WAREHOUSE.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as order management responsibility
2. Open Shipping Transactions form
3. Query the lines
