Author Contract Terms is Not Enabled in User Defined Responsibility (Doc ID 2861148.1)

Symptoms

When a Standard Purchase Order (PO) is created in a user defined responsibility ( not the seeded one),Author Contract Terms button from Terms and Condition form is not enabled.

Steps to reproduce
1. Go to Purchasing user defined responsibility
2. Purchase Orders > Purchase Orders > Create a new PO
3. Enter header, lines, shipment, distribution details > Save
4. Press on Terms button
5. Author Contract Term is not enabled
