No Tasks Shown On Warehouse Control Board For Putaway Items Getting Crossdocked To Backordered Work In Processs (WIP) Jobs (Doc ID 2861474.1)

Symptoms

Users do not see any tasks displayed on Warehouse control board when putaway items are cross-docked to backordered discrete jobs. Cross-dock happens implicitly and the users are unable to track the history in the application after the putaway is completed.

Steps:

1. Create a discrete job (Work in Process (WIP) > Discrete > Discrete Jobs)
2. Release the job
3. No quantity was available, so the job could not be released.
4. Create a Purchase order to receive the components required for the job.
5. Perform receipt from mobile
6. Go to Telnet client > Tasks > Directed tasks > Move any LPN > Enter LPN
7. See that the putaway gets cross docked to the backordered job created earlier.
8. However, user cannot see any messages nor tasks on Warehouse Control Board.
