Quoting Forms UI gives Error APP-236113: IPL: Item And Uom Ea Not On Pricelist (Doc ID 286148.1)

Symptoms

In Quoting Forms UI if the header level pricelist is manually set to null and the line level pricelist is not manually selected then the following error is returned when adding an item that is on more than one pricelist:

Since no pricelist is being passed from both at header and line level, the pricing engine appears to calculate best price and failing.
