Taxes added to a Purchase Order(PO) getting removed if the Bill-to is updated at the PO Header

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Taxes should be retained even after doing changes to the PO header

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Local Purchasing responsibility > Purchase Orders
2. Create a Purchase Order
3. Go to Tools > India tax details and add relevant taxes and save
4. Go back to the PO Header and Update the Bill-to
5. Notice that the taxes have been removed from India Tax details
