Symptoms

On :  12.1.3 version, Inventory Transactions

Intermittent error during calling pick confirm standard API - inv_pick_wave_pick_confirm_pub.pick_confirm.
For below error, call inv_pick_wave_pick_confirm_pub.pick_confirm but see below error in Middleware SOA. There were 8 to allocate and 7 succeeded.

Error

INV_COST_GROUP_UPDATE: proc_process_serial .. EXCEP OTHERS:ORA-06511:
PL/SQL: cursor already open
INV_COST_GROUP_UPDATE: proc_process_serials return: U
INV_COST_GROUP_UPDATE: inv_cost_group_update .. EXCEPG_EXC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR :


Steps:

1. Call API inv_pick_wave_pick_confirm_pub.pick_confirm.
2. Error occurs intermittently. (Error seen approximately 1 in 8 allocations)
