Symptoms

Intermittent error during calling pick confirm standard API - inv_pick_wave_pick_confirm_pub.pick_confirm for serial controlled items.  This error could also happen when using Inv_txn_manager_pub.process_transactions for processing serial transactions.

Steps

1. Call API Inv_pick_wave_pick_confirm_pub.Pick_Confirm.
2. Error occurs intermittently. (Error seen approximately 1 in 8 allocations)
