When running PatchWizard - Analyze Specific Patches, the concurrent request "Request Set SubmitPatches" ends in below error.

Error

The set completed normally with outcome Error.
The outcome was determined by the stage Submit Patch Download, Upload & Analysis Request (3).


Fact
1. Staging directory is configured and created
2. <staging directory>/ad directory and <staging directory>/nonad directory is both created
3. Patch zip file is placed on <staging directory>/nonad directory
4. Patch Information Bundle zip file (https://updates.oracle.com/download/InfoBundleR12.zip) is placed on staging directory
5. Patch Wizard > Recommend/Analyze Patches > Create Recommendation is performed in advance

Steps
1. Place the patch Zip file to <staging directory>/nonad directory
2. Go to Patch Wizard > Recommend/Analyze Patches
3. Select Analyze Specific Patches
4. Enter the patch number in the text box and click OK
