On : 12.2 version, E-Business Suite Specific
When attempting to use an Excel layout
the following error occurs intermittantly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom Excel layout for a concurrent program.
2. Test and it fails intermittently for some large data sets.
