In EBS Self-Service Benefits, Can't Evaluate Old and New Values of Employment Category and Working Hours in Same Formula Call (Doc ID 2862426.1)

During this investigation, a Life event was found to not trigger from an EBS Self-Service Benefits page for an assignment change.

When the Employee Assignment record changed from PT to FT the Life event is not triggering.
But when run from PUI Forms, the life event is triggering for both changes: from FT to PT, or from PT to FT.

Are there limitations on what Self-Service can evaluate in formulas?
