Payslips Are Not Viewable During An Employee's Contingent Worker Period (Doc ID 2862502.1)

A rehired employee is unable to view their Payslips during the time they were classified as a Contingent Worker.   If the final payments before termination are paid with an effective date falling during the period the employee was a Contingent worker then those reports are not accessible.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
