EAM Work Order Default Saved Search Doesn't Auto Run (Doc ID 2862540.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After applying patch 33003906 to fix an issue, the controller for WOQueryRGCO.class got upgraded to version 120.20.12020000.26 in this patch.
Because of this change, when the user goes to Work Orders > All > Personalized Search their default search doesn't automatically execute, they have to hit the Go button. In previous versions, the default saved search would automatically run.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Work Order Default Saved Search should Auto Run.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Prior to Upgrade
1. Navigate to Work Orders > All > Personalized Search
2. Default Personalized Search is executed

After Upgrade
1. Navigate to Work Orders > All > Personalized Search
2. Default Personalized Search is not executed. User has to click Go button.
