On : 12.2.10 version, Transactions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
when we add a new operation using material requirement screen for a work order it populates a note message that needs to validate more than 4-10 times to save it.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
message should get disappear once "OK" is clicked

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to WIP res[onsibility
2. Navigate to operations form
3. Add new operation for a work order it pops up a message
 which need to validate multiple times

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user has to validate multiple times to save new added operation
