On WIP - Oracle Work in Process, 12.2.11 version, Work Order Definition

When trying to remove the Routing Reference from an Unreleased Non-Standard Discrete job that has no assembly, the following error occurs:

ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found in Package wip_bomRrouting_pvt Procedure reexplodeJob




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Work in Process
2. (N) WIP > Discrete > Discrete Jobs (form)
3. Create new discrete job, no-standard type.
4. Add routing reference and save
5. Remove the routing reference and save.
6. Cannot save. Error occurs.
