Actual:
Submitting the Create Internal Orders process for generating the Internal Requisition into a Sales Order - ends in error.

Expected:
The Create Internal Orders process should not error.

Error:

2. Reports/Run - Single Request - Create Internal Orders
3. Review the Concurrent Request Log - and note the error
