When running Project Summarizations (PJI_FM_SUMMARIZE_INCR: PRC: Update Project and Resource Base Summaries) with >1 workers, frequently encounter concurrent request failures with the following syntax:

ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables
 
Database alert log shows following errors

1. From Projects Responsibility, Submit a Concurrent request. Or schedule concurrent requests PRC: Update Project and Resource Base Summaries
2. Submit more than one concurrent request to run concurrently.
