Total Compensation Statement Printable PDF Errors when Opening (Doc ID 2862855.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open the Total Compensation Statement PDF, the following error occurs.

Error:
PDF Reader could not open pdf
because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Employee Self Service > Total Compensation Statement
2. Click ok on the Welcome Page
3. Click on the Printable Statement button
4. Attempt to Open or save and then open.
    Error occurs.
