When attempting to cancel an order line in Release 12.2, the following error occurs when entering reason code.
These same processing constraints worked in Release 12.1.3 and did not prevent users from cancelling the order line.
"You are not allowed to update Order Line. Reason for this change is either not provided or Invalid"."
1. Navigate to Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Open the Sales Order Form.
3. Enter Header, Line Details and Book the Order.
4. Try to cancel the order line.
5. Enter reason for cancellation.
5. Error is raised.
