Symptoms

When attempting to add an address to supplier site
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Address and Site Creation - Unable to create address and sites because of the following error when trying to create this site in Operating unit : ORA-20001 APP-SQLAP 10000 ORA -12096: error in materialized view log on AP.AP_SUPPLIER_SITES_ALL ORA:01653 unable to extend table AP.MLOG$AP_SUPPLIER_SITES_ALL by XX in table space XXXXXXX occurred in with parameter (VENDOR_S in Package AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG Procedure Create_VENDOR_SITE.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Oracle Applications and select Payables Responsibility
  2. Navigate to Suppliers -> Inquiry
  3. Query for Supplier 
  4. Click on Address Book -> Create Address
