On : 12.2.11 version, System Tuning Issue
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Multiple sessions running the begin fnd_file_private.close; end and Top event as utl_file I/O
During month end, we always see that there are multiple sessions running the same sql "begin fnd_file_private.close; end;" and all of them have wait event as utl_file I/O
We see this activity only during the month end ( around 25th to 5th of every month) and the rest of the month we do not see this.
Attaching the AWR report for the last 2 hours from Production.

Should not have wait events on fnd_file_private.close and utl_file I/O
