FSG Report Getting Error ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis When Left Margin Is 220 (Doc ID 2863634.1)

Symptoms

FSG report errors out when Left Margin is 220.
The report is completing normal when the Left Margin is reduced to 140.
Upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10
All FSG reports which have the left margin at 220 end with the following
Error in the upgraded instance :

col heading 1
colhead_trim 1
rgrdpg.rgxbrl_colhead_trim - Prepare
ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis

Issue is seen with many FSG reports in the upgraded instance 12.2.10

Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.10
