iSupport: Cannot Log as GUEST User - Error "Responsibility is not valid"

Created Guest user for iSupport following the steps described in the iSupport Implementation Guide.
When trying to perform an automatic login for this user, the following error message appears:
"Responsibility is not valid. Make sure the responsibility is defined and assigned to the user."
What is Working:
GUEST Login works fine from the CRM Homepage login screen.
