On : 12.2.10 version, Financial Statement Generator
After R12.2.10 upgrade, When user trying to open the FSG Report output , getting below error.

1. Log into General Ledger Responsibility
2. (N) Reports > Request > Financial.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot be able to view financial reports.
