When opening the Access Supplier Balances or Hold Dashboard receive the following error:

"HTTP 404 Error".

Steps to Reproduce

1) Payables Manager responsibility,

Payables Command Center,

Access Supplier Balance or Holds Dashboard,

Receive error: "HTTP 404 Error".

2) ECC Developer responsibility,

Payables Command Center,

Access Supplier Balance or Holds Dashboard,

no error.
