After upgrade, XLAACCUP: Accounting Program ends in error
An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_transfer_pkg.gl_interface_insert. ORA-00942: table or view does not exist.

Steps to reproduce
Navigate in Payables to Other > Requests > Run
Choose the Create Accounting process and run it
See the error in the log file
