ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

"Send Receipt of Payment Notifications" output file does not shows Receipt of Payment Notification Date (The date field which is at the top right corner of the output file).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Receipt of Payment Notification Date(Instruction Creation Date) should be populated.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Funds Capture Process Manager.
2. Submit "Send Receipt of Payment Notifications" concurrent program.
3. Output generated does not contain Receipt of Payment Notification Date (The date field which is at the top right corner of the output file).
