When attempting to create an IGT order using the "Duplicate without Attachment" feature, the following error occurs.

1. Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility -> Buyer Work Center -> Orders -> (Tab) IGT Orders.
2. Select an Order and select Duplicate without Attachment.
3. Enter New Order Number, click Duplicate.
4. A new Order is created.
5. Navigate back to Buyer Work Center -> Orders -> (Tab) IGT Orders.
6. Select the new Order and click on Update.
7. The reported exception occurs.
