While running the JPK Sales and Purchase Registers for Poland report, the DataZakupu tag is showing incorrect date.

The issue can be seen in the XML output of the JPK Sales and Purchase Registers for Poland report

DataZakupu needs to be the date of the expense (the date of the invoice issued by the merchant), not the date of the expense report.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Polish AP localization responsibility
2. Go to View > Requests > Submit a new request
3. Run 'JPK Sales and Purchase Registers for Poland' report.
