High CPU Usage On EBS Database Server Due To FRMWEB and RWRUN Oracle Database Connections (Doc ID 2864402.1)

Symptoms

High CPU usage was observed in EBS database, When logged on the Database server and ran TOP command ,FRMWEB and RWRUN  Oracle connections were observed showing 100% CPU usage.

  1. Made the list of PID in the top from the TOP command output with respect to CPU usage.
  2. Looked for the PID's in in below query.

      Module column for the PID's shows FRMWEB and RWRUN processes.
