iStore User Sessions Are Getting Switched Intermittently After R12.2.x Upgrade (Doc ID 2864722.1)

On : 12.2.9 or 12.2.10 version, Checkout and Order Placement

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

iStore user sessions intermittently getting crossed after R12.2.9 or 12.2.10 upgrade

When two iStore users work on their shopping cart at the same time, sometimes the login information gets mixed between the two users.   Find that multiple customer shopping carts created_by and last_updated_by are crossed.  iStore users see another users cart details causing confusion and impacting customer confidence.  iStore sites are setup to not allow walk-in customer, so customers must login to create the shopping carts.




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer login to iStore storefront as the IBE_CUSTOMER responsibility
2. Customer can see another customer's shopping cart details


 

 

Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.9, 12.2.10
