All Inventories Value Report (XML) has the wrong data in the column 'Receiving Value' (Doc ID 2864757.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Subledger Accounting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
It is indicated the 'BOM: All Inventories Value Report' is showing the wrong data, in the Column: 'Receiving value', when unit is CM2.

This issue is appearing, when the item received is in Square Meters, but the Primary Unit of Measure (UOM) is Square Centimeters.

The customer indicated they have checked the Standard Code and it seems to be taking the 'PO_Unit_Price' from Distributions, to calculate the Receiving value?

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The customer does not expect to see the issue, where the 'BOM: All Inventories Value Report' is showing the wrong data in the column 'Receiving value' when the Unit is CM2.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform the steps needed to run the All Inventories Value Report
2. Perform a check of the report output and see the issue mentioned above.
