Performance: Mobile Maintenance Supervisor Overview Doesn't Open Until Several Minutes Later (Doc ID 2864850.1)

Symptoms

When launching Maintenance for EBS mobile app, opening the supervisor overview can take around 4 minutes to display
the initial screen. This is seen in iOS 14.4.2.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The screen should open much quicker than 4 minutes.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Maintenance for EBS mobile app.
2. When the splash screen displays, click the Supervisor Overview.
3. It is observe it will take 4 minutes to launch.
