Symptoms

When trying to pick release a sales order, receive the following error:

APP-WSH-231032 Pick Release Online has partially completed with warning.
The move order could not be completely transacted.
Please complete processing the move order in the Transact Move Order Form.

 
The actual transaction shows that this order is backordered, yet there is plenty of reservable quantity.
