ORA-01403: No Data Found in ARCMGTAP When Sales Order is Created by a Contingent Worker (Doc ID 2864892.1)

Symptoms

When a contingent worker creates a sales order that goes on hold, the following error occurs in the ARCMGTAP (AR: Credit Management Workflow) workflow for that credit request:


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Credit Management Superuser
Navigation
: Analysis

  1. View the ARCMGTAP workflow created from a sales order, when the sales order was created by a contingent worker.
  2. From the workflow, view the failed activity, and see the ORA-1403 error.
  3. The same sales order created by a employee (non contingent worker), works without error.
