When Trying To Perform Quick Receipt Through Inbound Page Error: RTP failed (Doc ID 2865058.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform Quick Receipt for PO,

the following error occurs.

RTP failed, please get more info from system administrator

Log file shows

po.plsql.RCV_RECEIVING_WORKBENCH.RCV_RECEIVING_WORKBE.288:   Inside invoke_RTP

with mode:ONLINE

po.plsql.RCV_RECEIVING_WORKBENCH.RCV_RECEIVING_WORKBE.294:   RTI record count for group_id 347136 : 1

po.plsql.RCV_RECEIVING_WORKBENCH.RCV_RECEIVING_WORKBE.327:   RT record count for group_id 347136 : 0

po.plsql.RCV_RECEIVING_WORKBENCH.RCV_RECEIVING_WORKBE.351:   RCV Manager failed

po.plsql.RCV_RECEIVING_WORKBENCH.RCV_RECEIVING_WORKBE.434:   Error is :

po.plsql.RCV_RECEIVING_WORKBENCH.RCV_RECEIVING_WORKBE.558:   Leaving

invoke_RTP

 no detailed error.

 

 STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.-Inv responsibility>Receiving>Purchasing html>Receive tab>Actions: Quick>

2.-Get error: RTP failed

 

The issue is not occurring on Core forms.

Issue is happening ONLY for ONLINE mode.


Changes

 Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2..
