Using the API pa_project_pub.add_task errors after the R12.2.11 upgrade.

Error: CREATE TASK PA_TASK_LAB_TP_SCH_MAND_AMG (PROJECT=) (TASK=)

Found 4 new columns introduced which is needed to update in the API to overcome from the error.

ic_nl_tp_schedule_id
ic_nl_tp_fixed_date
