Newly Setup Trading Partner XMLPO Stops At PO Workflow Send (Doc ID 286531.1)

Symptoms

 Installed XML Gateway and attempting to send a default/seeded PO XML document to a email address (SMTP). The PO creates and approved normally. The workflow stops at the Workflow Send event in the Send XML Document process, there are no errors reported or shown in the wfstatus.
