Users Are Unable To See "All Offers" In The Trade Management Offers Summary Screen (Doc ID 2865480.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

In the Trade Management Offers summary screen, User selects to view 'All Offers' but can only see their own Offers.  Expect to see all Offers as User is setup as an Admin User.


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trade Management User > Trade Planning > Offers
2. From the Offers summary screen, select 'All Offers' view
3. Unable to see all offers, only offers owned or on team with logged in User.

 

Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.10
