Using Approvals Management, Is It Possible To Assign A Single User To Two Different Approval Levels And Require Their Approval At Both Levels? (Doc ID 2865485.1)

The scenario is as shown in this example.
The following approval levels are setup in Approvals Management (AME).
Notice that Person 1 is in both Approval Level 1 and Approval Level 3.
Only one individual needs to approve at each level.

Person 4
Person 5

Approval Level 3
Person 1
Person 6

Approval Level 4
Person 7
Person 8

What is happening is that if Person 1 approves at Approval Level 1, when Approval Level 3 is reached,
this level is bypassed as Person 1 already approved at Approval Level 1.  The requirement is to still
require an approval at Approval Level 3.
