The Federal "Prompt Payment Main Report " doesn't display the amount if it exceeds one billion dollars.

The summary "Invoice Payments Subject to PPA and OMB A-125:" will print *********** instead of the value.

The Prompt Payment Main Report is run from the Federal Administrator Responsibility. 
   Other>Requests>Run
            Query for  'Prompt Payment Reports'
            Enter the desired parameters that would include a dollar value over one billion dollars.
