ERecord Details Menu Option Is Not Enabled In View Receiving Transactions Form (Doc ID 2865780.1)

On : 12.2.8 version, Inventory Transactions

eRecord Details menu option is not enabled in View Receiving Transactions form.

“eRecord Details” menu option enabled at Receiving Header or Transaction level.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Setup QA plans to perform Receiving Inspection using Oracle Quality and enabled eRecord and eSignature for Receiving Inspection. However, when trying to view eRecord details for individual receiving transactions using “View Receiving Transactions” form we find that “eRecord Details” menu option is not enabled at Receiving Header or Transaction level.

How can “eRecord Details” menu option be enabled at Receiving Header or Transaction level so that eRecord details can be viewed for individual receiving transactions rather than going through ERES Admin or ERES User responsibilities and search for old records based or date criteria ?
