"TCF SocketServer Error" Appears For Workbench Pegging Form And While Clicking On View Tree After Enabling The JWS (Doc ID 2865861.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access Workbench pegging form and while clicking on view tree
the following error occurs.

The application was unable to establish connection with the TCF SocketServer
running at http://host/OA_HTML. Please contact your system administrator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


 Case #1

  Pegging form in the MRP planner workbench

  (NAV: Material Planner / MRP [or MPS] / Workbench - drill to Supply/Demand then click Pegging button

Case #2 

  System Administrator Responsibility - Application -> Menu (query records) -> View Tree

 JWS is implemented
