Unable To Send Or Broadcast Messages From MSCA using "MWA Administrator" Responsibility
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigation > MWA Administrator Responsibility
2.Select SEND Message > Enter Message Text > Broadcast
3.Messages are not sent to other Users who are currently logged in
