Symptoms

On : Oracle BI Publisher 12.2.1.4.0 (build:20201216.0110) version.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------

BI Publisher scheduled job runs at 12:30 AM GMT.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The job is scheduled to run at 12:30 AM Bangkok Time.


STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to BI Publiisher.
2. Navigate to Catalog.
3. Click 'Schedule' link of a report.
4. Schedule the job to run at 12:30 AM Bangkok time.
5. Job runs at 12:30 AM GMT instead of 12:30 AM Bangkok time.
