Performance Issue With Seeded Code After Upgrade To 12.2.9 (Doc ID 2866042.1)

Symptoms

After migrating from version 12.1.3 to 12.2.9, performing advanced search via OAF with asset number search criteria will can take up to 6 hours to complete.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Search should not take more than 6 hours.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (r) maintenance super user
2. (n) home->work orders->advanced search
3. enter asset number critieria and select Go button
4. The search will run for 6 hours
